At GR JEWELRY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- Items in original condition (unworn, unused, with original tags attached)
- Items in original packaging with all accessories included
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
- Items that do not match the description on our website

- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning an item, please contact us at info@grjewelry.com.au or call +61 433670188 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please include this RA number with your return.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Include the RA number and a copy of your order confirmation.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.
Step 4: Send Your Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us to initiate the exchange process
- Return the original item following our return procedure
- Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchange item
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@grjewelry.com.au or call +61 433670188. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us, as this will help us process your claim more quickly.
